This year’s recognition ceremony honoring individual faculty and staff for outstanding teaching, scholarship and service to Capital University was part of fall 2020 welcome-back celebration held Friday, Sept. 25.
PRAESTANTIA AWARD
Established in 1960 to recognize excellence in teaching as identified by students and faculty colleagues. This is the highest honor that can be given to a Capital University undergraduate faculty member.

Awarded annually to the undergraduate faculty member who, in the judgment of students, faculty, and administration, provides exemplary advising both in the formal and informal sense.
